The Award Phase is that celebratory day that the notice of award is received from a donor. However, when the celebration subsides, you realize that there is still a lot of work to do in order to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Some grants are turned down by the recipient, even after an award is announced, so what are the key things you need to know and be aware of before signing the Project Charter or Agreement?
