Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: Meetings must be booked at least 1 day in advance of scheduled bookings. Cancellations: Meetings must be cancelled at least 1 day in advance in order to refund the # of minutes/hours balance on their plan (1 day in advance bookings are non-refundable if cancelled).
